Kplla items are carefully packaged and shipped from Quebec.

We want every shopping experience to be enjoyable, which is why we accept returns under certain specific conditions.

Returns

Sale items, gift cards or items marked “final sale” cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the item is defective.

The return must be made within 10 days of receiving the package .

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on product availability.

Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the item is defective or an error has occurred on our part.

In the event of a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of sending the new item.

International orders
