Order Cancellation or Modification

Once payment has been completed, no cancellation, modification, or change to the order is possible.

Every order is automatically processed and carefully prepared as soon as it is received.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing takes approximately 3 business days after purchase.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which will activate once the carrier scans the package.

During collection launches or high-demand periods, please allow an additional 4 to 5 business days.

 

Lost Package

If your package appears to be lost, first contact the delivery company using your tracking number.

If they are unable to locate it - which is very rare - email us at info@groupelegendre.ca

We will take over to help you resolve the situation.

 

Wrong Item, Incorrect Order, or Defective Product

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, email us within 10 days of receiving your order at info@groupelegendre.ca
