Kplla operates this shop and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, as a customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). Kplla is a store powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kplla reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Kplla confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Kplla may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout. Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Kplla is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Kplla. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sales transaction between you and Kplla, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Kplla.
