Order processing takes approximately 3 business days following purchase.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which will be activated as soon as the carrier has taken possession of the package.

During collection launches or periods of high demand, please allow an additional 4 to 5 working days.
