1. How are our products made?
Our Kplla clothing and accessories are designed for softness, durability and comfort.
Beanies: 93% bamboo viscose + 7% spandex .
Interior: organic cotton lining for a natural and breathable feel.
Pom-poms: available in eco-friendly recycled fur or synthetic fur .
Interchangeable pom-poms - 15mm snap button for easy style changes.
Each piece is carefully conceived and designed in Quebec.
2. Do you often have new products?
Yes. New colors and collections will be added over time. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay informed.
3. How do I care for my Kplla items?
Wash in cold water , delicate cycle, with similar colors.
Avoid the dryer: dry flat to preserve shape and softness.
Do not bleach. Iron gently if necessary.
Dry clean only for pom-poms.
Be sure to carefully check the product label.

5. Delivery times and costs
All orders are prepared and shipped from Quebec . Processing time is approximately 3 business days. Here are the rates across Canada:
Standard shipping (3-9 business days depending on the region) $9.99 + tax
Express shipping (1-2 business days depending on the region) $19.99 + tax

6. Exchanges and returns
Eligible items - unworn, unwashed, in original packaging . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for defective products .
